      How does an RFID/UHF

      system work?

      An RFID system typically consists of a database connected to a software or ERP, which is linked to an RFID reader along with a set of readers and antennas. 
      The database stores the data collected by the RFID reader, which is then processed by the software or ERP. 
      The software or ERP can be used to manage RFID readers and antennas, as well as to analyze the data collected by the RFID system.  
      These reader and antenna systems can be located in structures such as a portal, a tunnel, or in desktop devices or inside a handheld. 
      The reader receives the data recorded on the RFID tags. Communication between an RFID reader and an RFID tag is done through radio waves, without the need for physical or line of sight contact. 
      The RFID tag stores the information that you want to save and transmit. The reader emits a radio signal which activates the tag, and then receives the return signal from the tag with the data. 
      The reader interprets that data and sends it to a computer system or database. The RFID antenna enables information to travel wirelessly and complete communication between the RFID chip and the reader.  
      The reader will host the information it receives in a database that is usually connected to a data management and processing program or ERP.

      It is a reading and encoding device that allows tos can individual or a group of items identified with RFID/UHF tags and labels.

      A handheld requires a programme or application to display the read data.

      These readers are usually compatible with other classic reading technologies (barcode) and host 3G/WIFI connections.

      This is a device that communicates with RFID/UHF chips embedded in labels, cards or parts that identify products, items or packaging.

      There is a wide range of readers depending on the characteristics of the application and the system being designed.

      The antennas complement the readers and are the devices that act as the link between the RFID chips and tags and the readers so that the wireless communication process can take place.

      These components can be housed in tunnels, trolleys, cabinets or portable readers.

      Software RFID

      Radio frequency wireless technology can be incorporated into labels and tags. Record the data you want to  include in your labels to  identify and trace all your products. RFID hardware devices read the encoded information you require.

      We customize RFID labels with your desired  size, inks and data memory by choosing the most appropiate combination scheme for your application.

      MIDDLEWAREThis is a programme/database that receives the readings made by the readers. It usually acts as a bridge to a higher management system or an enterprise ERP.

      RFID MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. This is a data management and processing programme that is fed by the readings made by the reader. It can operate independently or be linked to a management programme or ERP.

      RFID RECORDING AND IDENTIFICATION EQUIPMENT. We refer to any device that contains an encoder or RFID recording module, such as guns or label printers that can encode and read RFID tags or labels.

      RFID CABLING. The entire set of coaxial cables that enable the connection between readers and antennas.
